We have enjoyed our updated living space for nearly two years now! This room is at the center of so much of our daily life. With three pets and two kids, we certainly put the family friendliness to the test! Even after two years of Saturday movie mornings, kiddos wrestling, snuggles on the couch, entertaining friends, and hosting parties, we are still so happy with the space we have created and with every item we purchased.
Our performance fabric sofas certainly look a little bit more “lived-in” than they did the day we purchased them, but they are still beautiful and are standing up to wear and tear wonderfully!
I will always stand behind the quality of wool rugs, and this one is no different. It is definitely an investment piece; however, it is wearing wonderfully and truly made to last.
A leather ottoman was the perfect choice for this space. It makes lounging more comfortable, and the weather only looks better with age.
Maybe my only regret for the space is choosing an antique lamp as our main side table lamp. The look is perfect, but the pull chains don’t work quite right. It is…well…quirky 😉
Over the last couple of years, we have had lots of requests for details on items, so we wanted to share links for the things that we have used and loved! Here are all of the details from paint colors to furnishings and accessories. A big part of the work that we do is creating custom spaces that are unique to the homes we design and families who live in them. As a result, even in our own home, there are limitations to how much we can share because several of the large pieces are custom/to-the-trade only, but we have included links to the pieces that are still available for purchase!
